• Any infringement, misrepresentation, or other violation related to your Content;
• Actions taken by third parties, including customers, platforms, or legal entities, as a result of your Content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indie Uprising from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) resulting from or arising out of:

• Your violation of any of the representations or warranties set forth in this Agreement;
• Your breach of any applicable law or third-party rights;
• Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.
